2. Ordering & Contract Formation

All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase goods subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any order without providing a reason. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

Prices

Prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the prevailing UK rate unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to display accurate pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order value for retail customers. Trade account holders may be subject to minimum order quantities as agreed in their account terms.

3. Availability & Stock

We are not obliged to honour manifestly erroneous prices. Stock levels displayed on our website are updated regularly but may not be 100% accurate in real time. If an item becomes unavailable after you've ordered, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

4. Delivery & Risk

Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed, except where an express or timed service is purchased. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title (ownership) passes upon receipt of full payment. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers beyond our reasonable control.

7. Warranty & Returns
